Last year, I spent endless amount of time and paper doing receipts for our members. Tons of those receipts never even left my hands so this year, I am going to do things a little differently.
If you are looking for a receipt for tax purposes or whatever. Please email me at trackoperator@calgarybmx.com. I will do my best to get them to you ASAP.

Riders interested in being coach selections for the provincial team need to apply by November 9th.
Development Team (age 10-14 in 2010)
2 coaching selections available. Riders of the proper age who are ABA members may apply in writing to the coaching staff.
Performance Team (age 15-18 in 2010)
8 coaching selections available. These spots will be performance team coach’s selection upon consultation with the BMX Committee. Coach’s selection athletes may be selected based on dedication to the sport as well as results from UCI and other racing sanctions in Canada or internationally. Applications with take the form of a written request letter and resume of race results and history per a typical application for corporate sponsorship.

Update!
Greetings Calgary BMX Family ... VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY DOWN:
Yesterday, right before last night's executive meeting, we had just received the food/beverage estimate for the Casino Royale adult year end party and it was decided by the executive to make a slight change in the best interest of the club and its resources. Calgary BMX will still provide food and "non-alcoholic" beverages throughout the evening, however the $20 casino chip allotment (or more if you wish) will be paid be each participant that wishes to take part in casino gaming activities that evening. We appreciate that not everyone would necessarily wish to so now there's a choice.
For those that wish to enjoy casino gaming (poker tournament, blackjack, craps, roulette, slots or any combo), it is very important that we know well ahead of time how many people would like to play (especially if we're going to book a poker table or two and/or a blackjack table or two). For this reason we request that when you Please RSVP Aly Madsen at 403-984-8436 or aly.madsen13@gmail.com by 31Oct2009 (not only for your attendance at this event but also to participate in the poker tournament or other gaming). In order for the casino to book off poker or blackjack tables specifically for us, we need enough people to make it happen so we need to have confirmed numbers of who wants to participate in a poker or blackjack tournament. The winner(s) and Calgary BMX will split the proceeds of the winnings.

For your gaming pleasure, each participant will be given $20 worth of casino chips that you can use towards poker, blackjack, craps, roulette, slots or whatever combination you prefer. Food and beverages will be provided, except alcoholic beverages which you're on your own for if so desired.
