Important Volunteer Information for GET RAD at Calgary BMX Racing!

Volunteer Update

Completed forms can be submitted, with your post-dated cheque, to the registration office at the track. Major Announcement – BMX Day in Alberta

What an amazing season we've had...but, sadly it's time to wash off the dirt...let's have some fun with that!

This year's party is sure to be a night to remember. Starting with achievement and special recognition awards (along with some special event gifts and door prizes), followed with an amazing dinner, and then...SWIMMING. So, please bring your appetites, swim trunks (NO Speedos...you know who I'm talking to) and be prepared to get RAD off the track.

Location: Trico Centre, 11150, Bonaventure Drive SE

Date: Sunday, September 30, 2012

Awards & Food: 4:00pm – 7:00pm – Presentations and Dinner (Italian fare from Chianti)

Party Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm – Swimming & Sliding in the Wave Pool

Cost: $20 per family (payable at the door) – Please RSVP to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with number of guests by no later than Thursday, September 27th so we know how much food to order.

NOTE: The doors will open around 3:45 and we will start the award presentations at 4:30 so we can get those completed before we eat. The pool will be open to us at 7:00pm and we've booked it for the evening until 9:00pm. This event is open to all Calgary BMX Racing riders and their families (consisting of siblings and parents only). If you plan to have extended family or other acquaintances to attend, please be prepared to pay additional for them.

IMPORTANT: If you have special dietary restrictions please let us know in your RSVP and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
